In contemporary file management systems, users predominantly rely on keyword searching and toggle navigation for document interaction. This traditional approach presents significant usability challenges on mobile platforms due to limited screen real estate, where natural conversation and voice interaction would be more intuitive and efficient. This limitation highlighted the need for a more sophisticated, natural language-based solution.
We architected a compiler-inspired system incorporating behavior tree structures for robust operation management and utilized a hybrid approach combining LLMs with traditional programming paradigms. We introduced comprehensive features including metadata-based searching, semantic capabilities, and advanced file operations.
The architected system resulted in a 65% reduction in task completion time and 80% improvement in information retrieval efficiency compared to traditional keyword-based systems. The project established a potential foundation toward Adobe Acrobat Agentic AI System..
I am fortunate to return to the office in 2025 and become part of the Adobe Acrobat GenAI Team!
